CARRICK: NO WAY JOSE
Michael Carrick, United's £18.6m England midfielder, says Sir Alex Ferguson's team will pay no heed to Mourinho's words as they try to remain top of the table.
"As a team so far this season, we have done really well and nothing is going to change our mindset," he said. "So we don't really take too much notice of what is said."
Mourinho has boasted that their meeting with United at Stamford Bridge in April is as good as three points in the bag for Chelsea.
Ferguson's team have lost on their last two visits there.
But Carrick said: "We are two terrific teams and great squads, so it's going to be tight all the way to the game at Chelsea. Hopefully we can have it tied up by then, but that's probably going to be too good to be true."
